		<description>I agree with you, this new system seems stupid, they are trying to reduce the need for recycling yet by having recycling bins JUST for newspapers its gonna make people throw away their papers.

I say stick to the way everything is right now in terms out newspapers, and try and concentrate on more important ways for recycling, e.g. increase the number of recycling points.</description>
