I think placing bins in trains stations is good idea. I think it is stupid to call it a stupid. I am sure you have ideas that they think are stupid. They are trying to help our everment and you are telling them its stupid? Whatever. and yes i am from the u.s.

a great idea and i think it would be very good if it was introduced to more areas, however, what about those living in london block of flats, where do we leave our waste bins? we can’t leave them inside the house, that wouldn’t be very pleasent. so maybe they should think about providing a small area on the ground floor of each block of flat so the residents can take their waste there.

i know that marks and spencers and waitrose have these boxes you can buy and put all your shopping in there. i really like it because it fits in the car much better and none of my shopping gets squashed.

i think everyone should buy them.

I agree with you, this new system seems stupid, they are trying to reduce the need for recycling yet by having recycling bins JUST for newspapers its gonna make people throw away their papers.

I say stick to the way everything is right now in terms out newspapers, and try and concentrate on more important ways for recycling, e.g. increase the number of recycling points.

in india many cities have established laws to abandon the use of plastic bags in shops because the one who offers them and the one who uses them will be fined. with this many people abide to it. though the government is blamed for almost all the reasond of pollution and global warming it is us who are responsible in some way or the other.
